SHIPPING/ Return and Refund Policy

 Laurie's Hodgepodgery ships using U.S.P.S.

 Ground Advantage and Priority Mail whichever is the best for your package.

Ground Advantage packages are delivered in 2-5 days, and USPS Tracking® service is included in the price. 

Priority mail flat rate service includes tracking and delivered in 2 to 3 days. 

Once your order is placed the items are picked and packed in the appropriate box size and shipped within 3 business days.

Business days are any weekday excluding weekends and holidays.

We are not responsible for late or damaged packages. Once the package is in transit, we have no way of controlling the shipping process.  

 We work hard to ensure your orders are delivered promptly and accurately. However, the accuracy of the shipping details provided by you, our customer, is crucial to this process. 

If this happens, we will contact you to discuss your options. You can choose to have the package reshipped, subject to a reshipping fee, or opt for a refund of your original purchase amount minus the original shipping charge. 

  I cannot accept returns.

 However, if something is wrong with your order

please contact me @laurieshodgepodgeryofcrafts@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order to discuss this with me.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. I must receive the package in the same timeline as it was delivered. Proof of purchase is required.  

My ultimate goal is your happiness and continued business.  

 Once the item is received and inspected if a refund is permitted it will be refunded through the original payment method within 3 days of receiving package.
